About the role
Manage the customer journey end to end to ensure activation, adoption, retention, and expansion of Hubstaff across mid-market and Enterprise customers in the Americas.
What you’ll do
• Own client activation and onboarding. • Manage ongoing customer relationships. • Responsible for Gross and Net Revenue Retention. • Build trust-based relationships with key decision-makers. • Use data to drive action and improve customer outcomes.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years in Customer Success at a PLG SaaS company. • Manage 100+ accounts balancing engagement and efficiency. • Strong ownership mentality and problem-solving skills. • Exceptional relationship and communication skills. • Comfortable working with data and customer metrics.
