Support Finnish-speaking customers of a global tech brand remotely from Portugal. Handle order-related issues with empathy and efficiency.
What you’ll do
• Support Finnish-speaking customers with order issues. • Communicate professionally via phone, email, chat. • Handle sensitive data securely. • Escalate complex cases using internal tools. • Monitor and improve personal KPIs.
What you’ll bring
• Native-level Finnish and strong English (C1). • Calm under pressure and efficient problem-solving. • Previous customer support experience is a plus. • Flexible to work rotating shifts including weekends. • Located in or willing to relocate to Portugal.
