What you’ll do
• Manage customer enquiries, complaints, and escalations. • Coordinate after-sales services, repairs, and warranty claims. • Liaise with technical teams to resolve equipment issues. • Monitor service requests and ensure prompt follow-up. • Maintain accurate records and prepare service reports.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business or Engineering. • 2–4 years experience in customer or after-sales service. • Experience in HVAC or technical equipment preferred. • Knowledge of warranty management and complaint resolution. • Strong communication and organisational skills.
