About the role
Provide customer support and contribute to software updates and testing. Help ensure software meets customer needs with deep retirement plan knowledge.
What you’ll do
• Provide support via phone and email using ticketing system. • Direct development team on required changes and enhancements. • Test fixes and new features before release. • Create training materials and webinars for new regulations and features.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years client services or software support in pension space. • Deep knowledge of qualified retirement plans and compliance. • Experience with retirement plan software platforms. • Familiarity with ticketing systems and automation. • Knowledge of ERISA and recent regulatory changes.
