About the role
Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to customers across multiple communication channels. Resolve client inquiries efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
What you’ll do
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, text, and phone. • Resolve customer issues accurately adhering to company policies. • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in tickets. • Meet or exceed defined performance metrics. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs.
What you’ll bring
• 1.5 years experience in customer support or similar role. • Comfortable in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. • Strong written communication skills. • Attention to detail and organizational ability. • Basic data and system navigation skills.
