• Become a Tekmetric Marketing Product Expert. • Host onboarding calls and track customer launch progress. • Communicate account setup requirements clearly. • Educate customers on marketing capabilities and best practices. • Collaborate with sales, success, operations, support, and engineering teams.
What you’ll bring
• 1-2 years experience in customer onboarding or customer-facing role. • Team player mentality. • Project management skills. • Proactively resolve escalated client issues. • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
