About the role
Handle customer inquiries, orders, and delivery updates professionally. Resolve complaints and provide timely communication.
What you’ll do
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. • Provide customers with updates on orders and deliveries. • Follow up with dispatch riders on delivery status. • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
What you’ll bring
• Must be reliable, punctual and responsible. • Minimum of HND / BSc. • 1-2 years experience as a Customer Representative. • Basic computer skills.
