About the role
Manage contract lifecycle operations, Salesforce CRM accuracy, and customer operational workflows. Support recurring revenue operations and ensure contract execution and documentation are accurate and compliant.
What you’ll do
• Manage customer contracts from initiation through execution. • Maintain accurate contract and customer records. • Update Salesforce with contract and customer information. • Contact customers regarding contract execution and follow-ups. • Support recurring revenue operations and billing follow-ups.
What you’ll bring
• 2–4 years in customer operations or contract administration. • Experience with Salesforce and DocuSign. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. • Excellent written and verbal English communication. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
