About the role
Deliver AI solutions to enterprise contact centers across APAC. Own technical execution of customer integrations and build trusted relationships.
What you’ll do
• Execute integration designs and project plans. • Design, build, and deploy applications using Cresta SDKs. • Integrate Cresta with contact center platforms. • Troubleshoot and maintain customer integrations. • Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
What you’ll bring
• Strong software engineering skills in Go, Python, or JavaScript. • Experience with APIs, SDKs, AWS, and Git. • Knowledge of contact center technologies like Amazon Connect or Genesys. • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical environments. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
