• Receive customer enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and office. • Call customers to arrange visits or invitations. • Confirm customer requirements same day. • Record customer details accurately on standard form. • Follow up with customers and keep clear records.
What you’ll bring
• Clear, confident spoken English. • Excellent listening and note-taking skills. • Disciplined about same-day customer contact. • Patient and organised with many daily calls. • Comfortable with WhatsApp, Word and Excel. • Living in Abuja and able to work onsite.
