About the role
Manage customer and expansion marketing with Customer Success. Execute field and event marketing motions and build reference and advocacy programs.
What you’ll do
• Build custom sales decks and client engagement assets. • Execute events and manage on-site ROI. • Own reference and advocacy programs. • Partner with Content and PMM teams. • Manage field and event enablement materials.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years in customer or field marketing in B2B SaaS. • Experience in healthcare IT preferred. • Ability to run events and customer motions simultaneously. • Comfort partnering with Customer Success and Sales. • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
