• Own health, adoption, retention, and growth of SMB accounts. • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews. • Monitor CSAT, utilization, and member engagement. • Support renewal cycle and retention outcomes. • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree. • 3+ years in customer success or account management. • Strong retention and customer satisfaction track record. • Comfort presenting to HR benefits leaders. • Proficiency with Salesforce or CRM.
