About the role
Manage and enhance the CRM system functionality to support business needs and improve user experience. Provide key insights to drive business decisions within the Revenue Operations Team.

• Provide system administration support for CRM. • Identify and resolve data anomalies. • Support troubleshooting, training, and documentation. • Analyze data for team operation insights. • Create and manage custom CRM objects and workflows.
What you’ll bring
• Ability to administer and configure CRM systems. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Experience automating business processes and data analysis. • Experience working with sales teams on CRM requirements. • Fluency in English and interest in marketing and tech.
