About the role
Serve as the embedded risk owner within a consumer lending product squad. Balance rapid growth with robust credit risk controls and design credit policies.
What you’ll do
• Lead risk assessment design for new products and features. • Develop and maintain credit policies and decision rules. • Collaborate with Decision Science on credit scorecards. • Monitor portfolio quality and produce performance reports. • Act as liaison to Compliance/Legal and escalate issues.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 3 years in consumer credit portfolio management. • Strong knowledge of CBN guidelines, AML/CFT, Data Protection. • SQL essential; Python NumPy, Pandas desirable. • Experience in credit risk management and portfolio optimization. • Excellent communication and financial analysis skills.
