About the role
This field-based role involves customer acquisition, loan marketing, and portfolio management within assigned territories near the candidate's residence.
What you’ll do
• Conduct field marketing and acquire prospective customers. • Market and promote the Bank’s loan and financial products. • Onboard new customers and build strong relationships. • Monitor loan accounts and ensure timely repayments. • Support loan recovery activities on delinquent accounts.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong customer service and relationship management skills. • Ability to work independently in the field. • Target-driven and results-oriented.
