About the role
The Credit Collection Officer is responsible for recovering bad debts through effective persuasion and communication. The role involves negotiating repayment plans and maintaining accurate records of collection activities.
What you’ll do
• Negotiate and agree on feasible repayment plans. • Contact customers to follow-up on outstanding loan repayments. • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
What you’ll bring
• Must own an Android phone. • Minimum qualification of OND, NCE, HND or B.Sc Degree. • Previous experience in loan recovery is an advantage. • Good communication and negotiation skills.
