About the role
Lead credit assessment, collections, recovery, and portfolio management for the company.
What you’ll do
• Lead recovery of overdue portfolio and drive cash recovery targets. • Reconcile and manage overdue accounts with calls and legal escalation. • Assess credit applications using financial data and credit bureau reports. • Monitor portfolio performance and escalate overdue accounts. • Supervise Collections Officer and Data Entry Officer.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. • 5-8 years experience in credit, collections, recovery, or credit risk. • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience. • Proven track record in recovering overdue credit facilities. • Strong SME credit assessment and financial analysis skills.
