About the role
Provide quality customer service to corporate clients traveling domestically and internationally. Manage travel requests accurately following company procedures.
What you’ll do
• Respond to client requests via phone, email, text, or online tool. • Process reservations for airline, rail, car, hotel, and limo services. • Handle high volume of monthly transactions. • Use Global Distribution Systems to fulfill travel requests. • Advocate for clients ensuring travel needs and policies are met.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum four years corporate travel experience. • Knowledge of travel agency operations. • Ability to work shifts including weekends. • Advanced knowledge of Sabre reservation system. • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
