About the role
Provide legal support to business growth focusing on EMEA sales and professional service teams. Manage contracts, data privacy, and corporate governance matters.
What you’ll do
• Serve as contracts partner for EMEA sales and professional service teams. • Review and negotiate software license and SaaS agreements. • Advise on data privacy, cybersecurity, and sovereignty laws. • Provide training on standard agreements to sales community. • Support Deal Desk and Professional Service Team with agreements.
What you’ll bring
• 3 to 5 years legal experience in international commercial in-house role. • Legal or commercial degree. • Excellent negotiation skills in software licensing and SaaS contracts. • Strong client management and communication skills. • Self-motivated and able to work remotely with limited supervision.
