About the role
Provide legal and regulatory advisory services focusing on commercial transactions, corporate governance, and data protection compliance. Manage client engagements independently with strong technical expertise and commercial judgment.
What you’ll do
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and corporate governance instruments. • Coordinate regulatory licensing and compliance processes. • Conduct legal research and prepare advisory memoranda. • Advise on data protection and privacy compliance frameworks. • Manage client matters ensuring timely and high-quality service.
What you’ll bring
• LL.B & B.L with minimum 2:1 grades. • 4-6 years post-call experience in corporate commercial legal practice. • Excellent time management and project management skills. • Strong legal drafting, research, and negotiation skills. • High integrity and strong client communication skills.
