About the role
Prepare quality meals for guests at a serviced apartment. Cook Nigerian, continental, Caribbean, and international dishes with strong kitchen hygiene and stock management.
What you’ll do
• Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation. • Prepare Nigerian, continental, Caribbean, and international dishes. • Plan ingredient requirements and prepare shopping lists. • Manage guests' dietary requirements and food allergies. • Monitor kitchen stock and control food costs.
What you’ll bring
• Honest, hygienic, creative, and able to work independently. • Culinary training or food-hygiene certification is an advantage. • Knowledge of Nigerian/African and international cuisine. • Bachelor's Degree with 2–3 years cooking experience. • Strong time-management and organisational skills.
