About the role
Lead the Controls Product & Enablement team to build and automate Monzo's internal risk products. Drive AI adoption and real-time risk intelligence to enable safe growth.
What you’ll do
• Own Controls Product Roadmap and strategy. • Prototype and build automated workflows and APIs. • Champion AI adoption in risk management. • Design real-time risk monitoring triggers. • Drive team delivery and stakeholder engagement.
What you’ll bring
• Product management mindset with user focus. • Hands-on with SQL, Python, APIs, low-code tools. • Experience with AI/LLMs for automation. • Understanding of risk and control frameworks. • Ability to lead teams through change.
