About the role
Financial Controller to manage day-to-day finance, bookkeeping, and compliance functions. Ensure accurate books and timely filings for leadership decision-making.
What you’ll do
• Own bookkeeping and month-end close in QuickBooks Online. • Manage accounts payable and receivable end to end. • Perform bank and balance-sheet reconciliations. • Prepare and file statutory, tax, and compliance filings. • Review and validate AI-prepared finance work.
What you’ll bring
• Proven bookkeeping/controller experience for small business. • QuickBooks Online expertise, certification preferred. • Documented process for P&L, AR/AP, and reconciliations. • Comfort using AI and automation tools in finance. • Strong communication and high integrity.
