About the role
Lead the accounting function overseeing high-volume transaction accounting and financial integrity. Support financial strategy, operational execution, and decision-making in a fintech environment.
What you’ll do
• Lead day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll. • Oversee reconciliation of payment flows and trust account disbursements. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance. • Manage cash concentration and forecasting.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. • CPA, CMA, or CCM preferred. • 8+ years progressive accounting experience. • 4+ years leadership or supervisory role. • Experience in fintech or payment processing preferred.
