About the role
Manage and administer vendor contracts to ensure uninterrupted goods and service delivery. Monitor contract compliance and expiration dates with moderate supervision.
What you’ll do
• Create and amend service requests on SAP system. • Liaise with contractors on purchase orders and invoice payments. • Provide contract status reports to management. • Ensure contract compliance and records management. • Coordinate contractor performance evaluations.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel. • Knowledge of contracts terms and conditions. • Understanding of procurement and compliance. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and in multicultural environments.
