About the role
Support accelerated hiring across engineering with a 6-month full-time contract. Manage recruiting from intake to offer for engineering and some non-technical roles.
What you’ll do
• Own product and engineering requisitions end to end. • Source and engage passive candidates quickly. • Coordinate technical interview loops and debriefs. • Hold offers within approved compensation bands. • Partner with hiring managers across US, UK, and EMEA.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years full-cycle technical recruiting experience. • 2+ years in fast-paced, early stage environment. • Proven sourcing and closing technical talent. • Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound. • Strong communication and organizational skills.
