About the role
The role acts as the primary contact between Customer Care and Production teams to resolve client claims and requests. It focuses on analyzing issues, coordinating teams, and driving timely resolutions while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do
• Review and resolve claims per Production guidelines. • Liaise between Production and Customer Care. • Identify gaps and suggest solutions. • Drive operational improvements and process enhancements. • Support new process and system implementations.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years in claims, support, or content operations. • Fluent English with strong communication skills. • Curious mindset to identify root causes. • Proactive and autonomous work style. • Familiarity with data analysis and ticketing tools.
