About the role
Lead broker and consultant engagement to grow BetterHelp's Enterprise business. Build relationships and generate new business opportunities across employee benefits ecosystem.
What you’ll do
• Build and nurture relationships with brokers and consultants. • Develop tailored engagement strategies for partners and markets. • Generate qualified pipeline for Account Executives. • Execute partner enablement and go-to-market programs. • Use data and insights to improve engagement strategies.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 8+ years in employee benefits broker and consultant ecosystem. • Proven track record building broker and consultant relationships. • Strong communication and storytelling skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
