About the role
Identify, engage, and build relationships with employee benefits consultants and brokers. Support Consultant Relations Directors by booking meetings and coordinating events to expand Journey's presence.
What you’ll do
• Identify and engage employee benefits consultants and brokers. • Use multi-channel outreach to book meetings and events. • Build awareness of Journey's mental health solution. • Coordinate consultant office events and webinars. • Maintain CRM records and meet monthly targets.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years outbound sales experience at high-growth company. • Proactive and creative relationship-building approach. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • High urgency and resilience in fast-paced environments. • Experience with Salesforce and sales prospecting tools.
