About the role
The consultant will finalize a national community engagement and policing framework for Nigeria and provide capacity building support for its implementation. The role involves stakeholder engagement, framework development, and training delivery.

• Conduct desk review of existing frameworks and policies. • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements. • Develop inception and final reports. • Collaborate with law enforcement and community stakeholders. • Design and deliver training on the Framework.
What you’ll bring
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience. • Experience in community engagement and policy development. • Knowledge of migration protection and governance. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Willingness to travel and proficiency in English.
