About the role
Set and enforce best-practice standards for formwork on all projects. Supervise formwork design, drawings, and site safety.
What you’ll do
• Develop and maintain company-wide formwork standards. • Prepare and review formwork design calculations and drawings. • Inspect formwork before every pour and issue sign-off. • Enforce safe working practices around formwork. • Train and coach site teams on formwork standards.
What you’ll bring
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit is an advantage. • B.Eng/B.Sc in Civil or Structural Engineering. • 5–8 years construction experience; 3 years in formwork. • Strong knowledge of formwork systems and falsework. • Registration with COREN and NSE membership is an advantage.
