About the role
Lead and manage Upstart's BSA/AML compliance programs for lending and deposit products. Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management through program design and oversight.
What you’ll do
• Design and improve BSA/AML, CDD, EDD, and sanctions screening processes. • Advise on deposit product compliance and partner with cross-functional teams. • Manage compliance initiatives and new product launches. • Administer ongoing due diligence and monitoring programs. • Develop risk indicators and management reporting.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 7+ years in BSA/AML or financial crimes compliance. • Experience with customer onboarding and due diligence processes. • Knowledge of BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, and related regulations. • Strong organizational and communication skills.
