About the role
Provide legal support for compliance and regulatory functions at a global SaaS company. Advise on laws impacting the business and manage compliance programs.
What you’ll do
• Research and advise on global regulatory frameworks. • Guide responses to security questionnaires and due diligence. • Draft and update data privacy agreements and AI governance. • Manage corporate governance and audit readiness. • Support commercial litigation and compliance reporting.
What you’ll bring
• J.D. or LL.M. with active US bar membership. • 5+ years legal practice in regulatory compliance and privacy. • Knowledge of tech and privacy regulations like GDPR and GLBA. • Strong project and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with SaaS or cybersecurity preferred.
