About the role
Support Sezzle’s Compliance Team with regulatory oversight and advisory. Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and support policy development.
What you’ll do
• Provide compliance advisory on consumer finance and payments. • Support compliance operations and financial crimes compliance work. • Perform second-line oversight reviews of complaint handling. • Maintain issue/action logs and validate remediation plans. • Conduct pre-use compliance reviews of marketing and communications.
What you’ll bring
• Understanding of consumer finance regulatory frameworks. • Experience in compliance operations or risk management. • Strong written communication and project management skills. • Knowledge of financial crimes compliance operations. • Minimum 3 years in fintech, banking, or regulated environment.
