About the role
Lead investigative team to analyze and resolve Medicare complaints and referrals. Mentor team members and ensure quality and timely case development for fraud detection and referral.
What you’ll do
• Act as point of contact for manager. • Assist team with referral analysis and workflow. • Review workload and conduct quality control. • Monitor case progress and prioritize referrals. • Mentor team to identify fraud and abuse.
What you’ll bring
• 8 years with BS/BA or 12 years with HS diploma. • 5 years relevant investigative experience. • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Strong PC knowledge. • U.S. citizenship required.
