About the role
Join Seismic as a Commercial Solicitor to draft, negotiate, and assess commercial agreements across EMEA. Act as a trusted legal partner to various business teams in a fast-growing SaaS company.
What you’ll do
• Draft and negotiate SaaS subscription and commercial agreements. • Negotiate security exhibits and AI terms. • Partner with Sales and Deal Ops on enterprise deals. • Manage subcontractor and vendor obligations. • Support cross-functional stakeholders on contract issues.
What you’ll bring
• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales. • 3+ years PQE in technology/commercial transactions. • Experience with SaaS agreements and vendor contracts. • Knowledge of GDPR, UK GDPR, and DORA terms. • Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills.
