About the role
Lead and manage high-volume commercial broiler farm operations across multiple locations. Ensure operational performance, compliance, and team development for efficient poultry production.
What you’ll do
• Report operational performance to executive management. • Manage and develop farm managers and technical teams. • Oversee production cycles and SOP implementation. • Drive performance on livability, FCR, cost efficiency, biosecurity. • Collaborate with veterinary, nutrition, processing, supply chain teams.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 8 years in commercial poultry operations. • At least 5 years in senior farm leadership role. • Experience managing 400,000+ broilers per cycle. • Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science or related field. • Willingness to travel across farm locations.
