About the role

• Engage defaulting customers via phone, email, and legal means. • Maintain daily activity logs of calls and payment promises. • Verify information on overdue arrears and follow up. • Negotiate effective payment plans and settlements. • Track payments by following up on pending promises.
What you’ll bring
• University degree in any related field. • 1+ years experience in consumer loans operations. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel. • High self-motivation and strong interpersonal skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
