About the role
Collections Specialists resolve overdue bills and collect payments from individuals or businesses. They identify accounts with overdue payments and maintain records of amounts owed and delinquency length.
What you’ll do
• Increase collection of outstanding payments. • Identify accounts with overdue payments. • Maintain collection and metric goals. • Make outbound/inbound calls to resolve debts. • Comply with collections policies and procedures.
What you’ll bring
• 1-2 years experience in credit and collections. • Knowledgeable in sales, negotiation, persuasion. • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
