About the role
Own learning and development projects end to end, partnering with stakeholders to design and improve learning experiences. Support the learning management system and use AI to enhance learning delivery.
What you’ll do
• Partner and challenge stakeholders to identify learning needs. • Design, test and improve engaging learning experiences. • Maintain learning management system and support users. • Use AI to design and deliver learning efficiently. • Facilitate learning sessions and contribute to L&D initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• 2-4 years experience in L&D or related field. • Understand effective learning design and delivery. • Curious about learning technology and AI. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Initiative and comfort with ambiguity.
