About the role
This hybrid role involves machining operations and programming support on the shop floor. It requires balancing hands-on production work with programming to optimize machine utilization and cycle times.
What you’ll do
• Troubleshoot and resolve production program issues. • Develop offline CNC programs for critical paths. • Support new product introductions and programming projects. • Set up and operate lathes, mills, and CNC machines. • Train and assist other CNC set up operators.
What you’ll bring
• High School Diploma or equivalent. • 3+ years manufacturing experience preferred. • Proficient in metal working. • Knowledge of EdgeCam or Fusion 360 preferred. • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime.
