About the role
Serve as primary contact for school clients, ensuring admissions systems meet operational needs. Manage client relationships, system configuration, development requests, quality assurance, and documentation.
What you’ll do
• Build strong client relationships and troubleshoot issues. • Implement configuration changes and document them. • Coordinate development requests and track progress. • Test system changes for quality assurance. • Maintain accurate client-specific documentation.
What you’ll bring
• 5 to 7 years experience, ideally in Ed-Tech. • Work EST hours and be fully remote. • Strong client service and communication skills. • Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized. • Experience with software support or educational technology preferred.
