About the role
Manage a portfolio of commercial clients to ensure their success and advocate for their needs. Own client relationships post-sale and drive renewals and expansion.
What you’ll do
• Own client success plans and executive engagement. • Manage commercial relationships and contract negotiations. • Coordinate client experience team to meet goals. • Participate in pre-sales discovery and business development. • Travel to client sites up to 10% annually.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years client management experience. • Strong technical aptitude and commercial instincts. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients. • Experience in SaaS and CRM preferred.
