About the role
Manage client experience across premium coaching programmes and private communities. Provide personalised support and maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
What you’ll do
• Manage client relationships from onboarding to completion. • Provide personalised support and manage client expectations. • Oversee private client communities and client experience. • Handle client enquiries, feedback, and success stories. • Maintain client-success systems and reports.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or HND. • 3–5+ years in client success or community management. • Experience managing premium clients or paid communities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient with CRMs and project management tools.
