About the role
Serve as the primary contact between hospital and clients ensuring excellent patient experience and communication. Coordinate with internal departments to deliver high-quality care and services.

What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field. • 5–7 years client relations experience. • Understanding of hospital workflow. • Proficient in Microsoft Office or CRM. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
