About the role
Analyze mid- and higher-level auto claims to determine damages and negotiate settlements. Ensure claims adjudication meets company standards and industry best practices.
What you’ll do
• Manage mid- and higher-level auto claims. • Assess liability and resolve claims. • Approve and process assigned claims. • Manage subrogation and negotiate settlements. • Communicate claim actions with claimants and clients.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree preferred. • Four years claims management experience required. • Subject matter expert in insurance principles and laws. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • PC literate including Microsoft Office.
