Civils Estimator

About the role
Produce accurate pricing for multi-disciplinary civil engineering schemes to support profitable bids. Manage tender submissions and lead commercial activities pre- and post-tender.
What you’ll do
• Review tender documents and shape bid strategy. • Build estimates covering labour, plant, materials, subcontractors. • Gather inputs like permits, quotations, and site surveys. • Compile tender submissions and evaluate subcontract enquiries. • Lead pre- and post-tender commercial activities.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of utility contracting and highways reinstatement. • Degree or HND/HNC in civil engineering or 5 years estimating experience. • Strong numeracy and Excel skills. • Clear communication and negotiation skills. • Experience with HV & EHV cable installations (nice to have).
