About the role
Maintain day-to-day operability and safety of estate infrastructure. Conduct inspections, coordinate repairs, and ensure functionality of roads and facilities.
What you’ll do
• Record and report streetlight outages. • Coordinate weekly contractor meetings. • Inspect roads, sidewalks, and drainage. • Monitor construction traffic and enforce routes. • Prepare work orders and project updates.
What you’ll bring
• 3-4 years road maintenance or civil work experience. • HND or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related. • Experience with surveying tools and BOQs. • Strong observation and communication skills. • Basic computer skills for reports and emails.
