About the role
Provide L3 support and administration for Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and AWS cloud infrastructure. Troubleshoot, optimize, and manage Citrix and AWS environments for performance and reliability.
What you’ll do
• Provide L3 support for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops. • Administer Citrix ADC including Gateway and Load Balancing. • Manage AWS services like EC2, VPC, IAM, and CloudWatch. • Troubleshoot complex Citrix and cloud connectivity issues. • Develop and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
What you’ll bring
• Strong expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (DAAS). • Experience with Citrix ADC (NetScaler) and AWS Cloud. • Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory. • Ability to perform root cause analysis and incident management. • Experience with cloud resource optimization and hybrid connectivity.
