About the role
Lead and maintain an independent risk management program for Sezzle Bank. Manage credit, market, liquidity, operational, and model-related risks across the Bank.
What you’ll do
• Define enterprise-wide risk management strategies and policies. • Identify and manage risks ensuring compliance with Board policies. • Serve as primary regulator liaison and manage examination activities. • Oversee compliance, BSA/AML, and cybersecurity risk programs. • Report risk status to Board and support audit programs.
What you’ll bring
• 15–20+ years banking or financial services experience. • 7–10 years senior risk leadership at regulated institution. • Experience with federal banking regulators and examinations. • Knowledge of enterprise risk management and regulatory requirements. • Strong Board-level communication and AI tool experience.
